These measures may include formal warnings, temporary removal of content, and the suspension or revocation of contributor status. Contributors retain the right to request a review or appeal of moderation decisions. A reporting mechanism is available for users to flag potentially problematic content (e.g., copyright issues, bias, privacy, or accessibility concerns). Reported items will undergo an initial triage by EDIDesK reviewers within 15 working days of submission. In cases where potential harm or privacy risks are identified, a temporary takedown may be implemented while verification and review are conducted.
